my computer is ill

hey everyone ill make this quick im a total computer nooblet so i dont know the specs on my problem but im running vista and if i try to do any past simple computer things like going online and such my comp freezes the screen changes color slightly then the screen goes blue and crashes then restarts and says i should run startup repair which finds no problems im only able to get in my computer on safe mode its not an old computer so it shouldnt be too broken please can anyone help me?

I would highly suggest running some hardware testing or take your computer to a professional which can diagnose your problem.

i will as soon as i can but since its near Christmas i cant take it to this professional computer friend my mom has who could probably fix it
